CONCORD, NH — Sean G. McCabe, 36, of Manchester was arrested at 3:19 p.m. on April 22, 2023, on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge. He was arrested after an incident at CVS on Hall Street.
Michael Ralph Haynes, 42, was arrested on a warrant at 3:08 p.m. on April 22 after an incident on Constitution Avenue.
Larry Davenport, 47, of Concord was arrested at 1:46 p.m. on April 22 on felony count of stalking and a breach of bail charge. He was arrested after an incident at Centerpoint Church on North State Street.
Damien Bruce Wells, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 10:26 a.m. on April 22 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident on Rex Drive.
Andrew J. Ludwig, 37, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on April 22 on felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charges. Around 8 p.m. on March 9, an officer was sent to Old Suncook Road to investigate the theft of a propane tank. After taking the report, the officer was canvassing the area and spotted a man at Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street with a wagon and a propane tank. The man, Ludwig, had an active warrant for failure to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court. The warrant was confirmed, and he was arrested. During a search, the officer accused Ludwig of being in possession of “a large amount of garbage” and “miscellaneous items” in his pockets while wearing layers of clothes. He was then driven to the county jail. During a second search, nothing else was found. Corrections officials requested he be taken to the hospital for evaluation, so the Penacook Rescue took him to Concord Hospital. After being evaluated, he was taken back to jail, the officer wrote. During a third search, a corrections officer found a small baggie of white crystal rocks in his pants, about the size of a quarter, believed to be crystal methamphetamine, according to an affidavit.
