Concord Man Indicted On Penacook Stabbing Charge: Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Michael J. Watson, 33, of Manchester Street in Manchester on three felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing items from Target in Hooksett on Jan. 20, Jan. 31, and Feb. 2. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

David J. Wilson, 38, of Country Club Road in Manchester on a receiving stolen property, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was accused of receiving or retaining stolen property in Hooksett from Nault’s Powersports on Nov. 29, 2022.

Stewart Wills, 21, of Range Road in Goffstown on a felony possession of LSD charge on June 12, 2020, in Hooksett.

Devin Aaron Baillie, 45, of Merrimack Street in Penacook on a felony first-degree assault charge. He was accused of stabbing a man in the abdomen, causing internal bleeding which required surgery on Feb. 20 in Concord. Chantelle Marie Bartlett, 25, of Unity Road in Newport on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing Mac computers, credit cards, and more from another person in Pittsfield on Aug. 31, 2018.

Evan Beasley, 33, of Sanbornton, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine and a felony count of possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl, on June 13, 2022, on West River Road in Hooksett. He was previously convicted on narcotic distribution charges in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2022.

Benjamin Berry, 28, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 29 in Concord.

Shane Berube, 34, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on Sept. 18, 2022, in Concord.

The following people were indicted recently in Grafton County Superior Court.

William D. Crabb, 46, of Old Suncook Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocin on Sept. 21, 2022, in Lebanon.

Brendan Henss, 27, of Ski Hill Road in Northfield on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving a pickup truck on the Ragged Mountain Highway in Alexandria on Jan. 20 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Lucas Jones, 25, of Beaver Ridge Road in Center Barnstead on criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of putting another person in danger by pointing a gun at them on Jan. 29 in Lincoln.

Thomas S. Newell, 33, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett on two aggravated felonious sexual assault and three felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of engaging in a pattern of rape and fondling against a child under 13 between Jan. 1, 2008, and Dec. 31, 2009, in Warren.

Eric C. Treantos, 43, of Pembroke Road in Danbury, Connecticut, on indecent exposure and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a girl, fondling her, and fondling himself in front of a girl between Jan. 1, 2013, and Sept. 23, 2015, in Plymouth.
