CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Scott Schmid, 38, of Horseshoe Pond Lane in Concord on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 8, 2022, in Concord.
Jonathan M. Scribner, 27, of Route 302 in East Barre, Vermont, on possession of methamphetamine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and dropping a baggie on the road while being pursued by a New Hampshire State Police trooper in Concord on March 18.
Brennan Szanto, 35, of South Emperor Road in Boscawen, on possession of a controlled drug-cocaine-subsequent and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and concealing a bag under a hospital bed to impair an investigation in Bow on March 9.
Paul E. Tasker, 46, of Elkins Road in Epsom on a felony possession of clonazepam charge on Oct. 3, 2022, in Epsom.

Christine M. Thompson, 45, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony possession of fentanyl while on release charge. She was accused of working in concert with Adam Thompson on Aug. 30, 2022, to possess the drug, the indictment said.
Todd Horstkotte, 51, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501+, and credit card fraud-less than $1,000 charges, all felonies. He was accused using a credit card owned by Lowe’s in Tilton to obtain services, knowing that the card was stolen, exercising authorized over a tractor-trailer owned by Lowe’s, and obtaining clothes from another person on March 21.
Erin Warren, 36, incarcerated at the women’s prison in Concord at the time of the indictment, on two counts of possession of meth and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, on Sept. 14 and Sept. 15, 2022, in Dover.
Destin Butler, 27, of Route 11 in Farmington was indicted in Grafton County Superior Court on a negligent homicide charge. He was accused of driving drunk in Bath on Aug. 6, 2022, and crashing a BMW 3 series sedan into a tree on River Road and killing Brianna Eldredge.
Kyle Clampitt, 25, of Birch Lane in Bloomsbury, New Jersey, was indicted in Grafton County Superior Court on 12 aggravated felonious sexual assault charges and two second-degree assault counts, all felonies. He was accused of repeatedly raping, sexually assaulting, and strangling a woman in Hanover between April 23 and April 24, 2022. The suspect graduated from Dartmouth College in 2020, according to reports online.
