CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Joshua Campos, 29, of Franklin Street in Concord on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 3A in Bow on July 7 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Kristin Card, 44, of Manchester Street in Concord on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Water Street in Concord on July 12 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
James Castine, 30, incarcerated in the New Hampshire Prison for Men at the time of the indictment, on two felony assaults by prisoners charges. He was accused of spitting in a correction corporal’s face on June 14 in Concord.
Caroline Cavanaugh, 30, of Route 100 N in Wilmington, Vermont, on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge, a cocaine and ketamine mix, on July 13 in Concord.
Jesse Cleasby, 37, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from the Hannaford supermarket on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on May 18. Twice before, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Theresa R. Copello, 29, of Coles Grove Road in Derry on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 19, 2022, in Hooksett.
Walter Corey, 55, of Elizabeth Drive in Boscawen on possession of methamphetamine, hydromorphone, and oxycodone charges and seven counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs as well as a Mossberg 870 shotgun, a Smith-Corona Model 03-A3 rifle, a Savage 65 rifle, a Smith & Wesson SD40 pistol, a Bushmaster AR-style rifle, an AR 12-gauge shotgun, and a .45 caliber pistole on July 6 in Boscawen. Corey is a felon due to a receiving stolen property conviction in November 1990.
Adam L. Thompson, 46, of Pinewood Trail in Concord on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving in the parking lot of Terrill Park in Concord on July 3.
Jordan Vachon, 30, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on a felony in possession of a dangerous weapon-a switchblade knife on June 5 in Franklin.
Michael Volatta, 41, of Wildlife Boulevard in Belmont on a possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charge, meth, in Franklin on June 17. He was previously convicted in Belknap County Superior Court on a drug charge in January 2020.
